Meet the Bride and Groom

Rachèl Spros

Rachèl Spros is a bioarchaeologist and recently completed her PhD. Her passion for research now leads her to Cardiff, Wales, where she will contribute further to the field bioarcheology.  She looks forward to taking David to all the pubs and starting their future together.
Rachèl just loves it when people spell her name as RACHEL, not Rachèl. If she says otherwise, it is an inside joke and you should keep spelling her name as Rachel. 

David Lord

David Lord is a dedicated educator and self‑described computer nerd whose greatest joy is helping those around him. When he’s not inspiring students, he’s in the kitchen baking cookies for Rachèl or firing up his smoker for perfectly tender bacon ribs. A confessed coffee addict, he never starts the day without one of Rachèl’s lattes in hand. Always up for an adventure, David is now eagerly training for his first triathlon.
